Anyone who's worked as a public health advocate for more than a year recognizes the current budget process is broken. Can it possibly be fixed?
The Joint Select Committee on Budget and Appropriations Process Reform (JSC) is working in earnest to develop solutions before the November 30 deadline, and a group of stakeholders--representing myriad sectors and ideologies--has come together to offer consensus proposals of their own. Join this session moderated by Emily to learn more about the JSC's activities to date, what your CHF colleagues and others have developed to inform the discussion, and what your organization can do to get involved.
