The National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) and the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine invite you to a briefing that will provide important information about vital records and the birth and death data they yield, including how they are being used to promote maternal and child health, what the federal government and vital records jurisdictions have done to improve the timeliness and accuracy of data, and what more may be done to further improve data and ultimately, maternal and child health.
